What is Life Coaching?

The place where you are and where you want to be is closer than you think. Life Coaching is helping, guiding and navigating you through that gap, so you can have success in any area of your life. In my experience, traditional Life Coaching tends to focus primarily on achieving goals and mostly does not address your Spirit and honoring it's path. I have a passion for helping my clients achieve their goals for their success. But, if we achieve goals without it coming from the center of who we are and instead from our heads, it turns out to be a kind of hollow victory that is fleeting. That is why I have chosen to Coach, Guide and Help you by starting from your Spirit and teaching about how to apply Universal Laws to your life.

As an Intuitive, my coaching can go beyond rational and traditional processes. In this way, I can connect in an intuitive way to know exactly what needs to be looked at, actions to take and the best way for you to reach your success. Coaching in this way helps you shift the way you look at yourself, your relationships, your career and when that shift begins to happen, your whole life begins to open to amazing changes. It is by this way of working (or playing!),that you will have a more gratifying and purposeful journey on the way to all your successes.

How Life Coaching Works

There are a couple ways that I can work with you as a Coach:

1. As a Life Coach to help you move forward towards what you want to accomplish faster, with more ease and in line with your spirit. This approach is designed with specific goals that you want to accomplish in mind.

2. As a Spiritual/ Intuitive Mentor where I help and guide you to deepen your connection with Source energy  and use your naturally occurring Intuition. This approach is designed to help you focus on the process of Spiritual/Intuitive development.

When we partner in a Life Coaching relationship, we focus for a period of time (at least 3 months minimum) in order to fast track you to achieving your successes. Coaching Sessions are usually by phone and are 45 mins- 1hour. We can do this either 2, 3 or 4 times per month, whichever suits your needs and helps you get the best results!
 

As your Intuitive Life Coach I will:

  • GUIDE you to stay in connection with your Light and take Inspired Action from that place
  • INVITE you to accept and live from your Divine Nature
  • LISTEN with an open heart
  • GIVE you all the support and resources that I can find to help you achieve whatever your heart desires
  • ENCOURAGE you to push past your limits
  • CELEBRATE all of your success and challenges too ;)
  • GIVE you my promise that your Joy, Success and Happiness are my top priority
  • HELP you have fun while we achieve your success together!
